Mia Griffin
Mia Griffin is an Irish professional cyclist who races for Team Picnic PostNL. A powerful road and track rider with a strong sprint, she has developed into one of Ireland’s leading female cyclists after taking up the sport as a teenager. Griffin won Rás na mBan in 2024 and became Irish road race champion in 2025, while also representing Ireland in the team pursuit and Madison at the Paris Olympic Games.

Career overview
Griffin moved into cycling through a talent transfer programme after previously playing camogie and quickly progressed on both road and track. She won European team pursuit bronze in 2021 and finished second in the Irish road championship in 2022 before stepping up to Women’s WorldTour level with Israel-Premier Tech Roland. Griffin finished third at the 2023 Tour of Guangxi and won Rás na mBan overall in 2024 before competing at the Paris Olympics. Her 2025 season brought a Tour El Salvador stage victory, third at Grand Prix El Salvador and the Irish road race title. Griffin joined Team Picnic PostNL for 2026, finishing third in the national road championship and completing her first Tour de France Femmes.
