Career overview
Couzens progressed through cyclocross and track racing before establishing herself on the road with the Fenix organisation. She finished third at the 2023 Argenta Classic and seventh overall at the Baloise Ladies Tour before making a major step forward in 2025, winning the British road race championship and finishing second at the Argenta Classic and third at Dwars door het Hageland. Her progress continued in 2026 with eighth at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, sixth at Brabantse Pijl and fifth overall at the Baloise Ladies Tour. Couzens has also remained successful on the track, helping Great Britain win the 2026 European team pursuit title in world-record time and taking bronze in the individual pursuit.
