Return to altitude training course

We did a week at altitude where the girls chained more than 20 hours of cycling. A day was devoted to a big outing of 5 hours, 125 kilometres and more than 3500 meters of elevation gain. We were not spared by the weather, we adapted for the routes according to the weather. It’s a very good course where the good atmosphere was in order to prepare for the next objectives, firstly the French championships then the Tour de France Women with Zwift. This is the first stage of a long series.
