Career overview
Kasper has raced internationally since the late 2000s and produced some of her strongest road results with victory on a stage of the 2014 Thüringen Rundfahrt and second overall at the 2016 Ladies Tour of Qatar. She represented Germany in the road race at the Rio 2016 Olympics and accumulated extensive Grand Tour and Classics experience during spells with teams including Boels-Dolmans, Alé Cipollini, Jumbo-Visma and Human Powered Health. Kasper joined Wheel Divas Cycling Team for 2026 and continued combining road racing with an increasingly successful gravel programme. She won Gravel One Fifty in April and added another UCI Gravel World Series victory at The Wolf in Denmark in September, demonstrating her longevity and versatility after almost two decades at elite level.
