Who taught you how to ride a bike & how old were you?

It was a Cannondale Synapse (white and green) that I got from Cykloteket, the bike store I worked at. We were a few friends there who were doing a 300km sportive in 2011 – Vätternrundan. Fun fact, I was faster than all the guys!

What’s the most important piece of kit/advice that has helped boost your performance?

To believe in myself. When I do that anything is possible!

What’s your favourite routes/places to ride?

I love to ride around in the mountains, although I’m not a proper climber I love the scenery and environment.

What tips do you have to keep the love of cycling going amidst all the training?

Have fun and remember to celebrate! Be serious when needed, but don’t forget to enjoy the ride.

What experiences are still to do on your cycling ‘bucket list’?

Hmm, I just want to keep exploring new places with great people and enjoy where my bike takes me!
