Stephens, Honsinger sign with Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank for next two seasons

Newly crowned US national road champion Lauren Stephens and multi-time US cyclocross champ Clara Honsinger will wear the Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank colours for the next 2022 and 2023 seasons.

The duo displayed beautiful teamwork at US Pro Nationals earlier this summer when Honsinger delivered Stephens to her first US national title in Knoxville, Tennessee.

For seasoned pro Stephens, who has been with the organisation since 2013, Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank is like home.

โ€œIโ€™m so happy to be part of Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank for another two seasons,” Stephens said. โ€œThe team continues to be the perfect fit, just like it has been for more than a decade.โ€

Honsinger, who is an accomplished cyclocross rider, said sheโ€™s excited to continue racing on the road with Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank, especially as the squad moves up to World Tour status in 2022.

โ€œIโ€™m excited that TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank sees the potential in me and my performances,โ€ Honsinger said. โ€œBy going World Tour, we have a massive opportunity for growth and to gain some great results.โ€

The 24-year-old has collected several World Cup podiums racing with the Cannondaleโ€“Cyclocrossworld.com cyclocross team during the winter months. Last season, her first with the team, Honsinger finished second at both Cyclo-cross Namur and Dendermonde, and took fourth at the world championships.
