Stine Borgli (Retired)
Stine Borgli is a retired Norwegian professional cyclist who specialised in hilly races and stage racing. She enjoyed her breakthrough season in 2019 with overall victory at the Vuelta a Burgos Féminas and subsequently spent more than four years racing at the highest level with FDJ.

Career overview
Borgli’s standout season came in 2019, when she won the Vuelta a Burgos Féminas overall, finished third at the Women’s Tour of Scotland and sixth at Classic Lorient Agglomération. Those performances earned her a mid-season move to FDJ Nouvelle-Aquitaine Futuroscope, where she remained through 2023. Borgli finished tenth overall at the 2020 Setmana Ciclista Valenciana and tenth at Dwars door Vlaanderen in 2021, the same year she represented Norway in the Olympic road race in Tokyo. She returned to the stage-race podium with third overall and the points classification at the 2022 Tour of Uppsala. Borgli left FDJ-SUEZ and retired from professional cycling after the 2023 season.
