Career overview
Dronova built her early career on the track, winning European Championship medals in the team pursuit before increasingly focusing on road racing. She became Russian road race and time-trial champion in 2022 and finished fourth overall at the Tour of Scandinavia that season. Her strongest campaign followed in 2023, when she won two stages and finished third overall at the Vuelta Ciclista Andalucía, as well as taking second at Navarra Women’s Elite Classics. Dronova added two stage victories and second overall at the 2024 Tour El Salvador and represented Individual Neutral Athletes at the Paris Olympics. She remained competitive at Women’s WorldTour level in 2025, finishing third overall at the Tour of Chongming Island, and continued with Roland Le Dévoluy in 2026.
