Tiffany Cromwell (Retired)
Tiffany Cromwell is a retired Australian cyclist who spent more than 15 years racing at the highest level of women’s professional cycling. One of the peloton’s most experienced road captains, she built her career around aggressive one-day racing, breakaways and support work while also collecting major victories of her own. Cromwell won Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and stages at the Giro d’Italia Women, represented Australia at the Olympic Games and World Championships, and later became a prominent figure in gravel racing before bringing her professional career to an end in 2026.

Career overview
Cromwell developed into one of Australia’s leading one-day racers after turning professional in 2010. Her biggest road victory came at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in 2013, while she also won stages at the Giro d’Italia Women and Route de France. After spells with Orica-AIS, Specialized-lululemon and Velocio-SRAM, she joined Canyon SRAM in 2016 and became one of the team’s longest-serving riders and most important road captains. Cromwell represented Australia at the Tokyo Olympics and numerous World Championships before increasingly combining road racing with gravel during the latter part of her career. She ended her long professional career in 2026, closing a period that spanned major changes in women’s cycling and more than a decade of racing at the sport’s highest level.
