Yuliia Biriukova
Yuliia Biriukova is a Ukrainian professional cyclist who races for Laboral Kutxa-Fundación Euskadi. A strong time-trialist and all-rounder, she has become one of Ukraine’s leading road riders while building extensive experience across the Women’s WorldTour. Biriukova has won multiple Ukrainian national titles, a stage of the Thüringen Ladies Tour and the 2026 Grand Prix El Salvador, while also representing Ukraine at the Olympic Games and World Championships.

Career overview
Biriukova developed through the Ukrainian system before joining Eneicat-RBH Global in 2021 and Arkéa Pro Cycling Team the following season. She won a stage of the Thüringen Ladies Tour in 2022 and finished third at Gran Premio Ciudad de Eibar in 2023 before moving to Human Powered Health for 2024, when she became Ukrainian time-trial champion and finished second at Clásica de Almería. Biriukova joined Laboral Kutxa-Fundación Euskadi in 2025, finishing fourth overall at the Vuelta a Andalucía and retaining her national time-trial title. In 2026 she won both Ukrainian championships, took victory at Grand Prix El Salvador, finished second at Grand Prix San Salvador and ninth overall at the Tour Féminin des Pyrénées before completing the Tour de France Femmes.
