Laura Tomasi

Laura Tomasi will join Uno-X Mobility from 2026 on a two-year deal, marking a return to the Women’s WorldTour for the 26-year-old Italian. After two seasons with Laboral Kutxa, where she emerged as one of their standout riders, Tomasi now takes on a new challenge with the ambitious Norwegian team.

Her 2025 campaign has been the most successful of her career to date. She claimed her first-ever UCI victory at the Grand Prix El Salvador, adding three runner-up finishes and a string of consistent results that confirmed her as a rider ready to make the step back up to WorldTour level. Alongside her sprinting ability, she has developed into a reliable presence in the classics and a capable lead-out option, while also showing the nous to infiltrate breakaways.

Uno-X Mobility see Tomasi as both an experienced addition to their developing squad and a road captain who can guide younger riders. General manager Thor Hushovd praised the signing, saying Laura brings experience in sprint finishes, a sharp instinct for breakaways, and an explosive turn of speed that will strengthen the team across different terrains.

Tomasi herself is equally enthusiastic about the move. She said she shares the team’s vision and ambitions, viewing this as the right step to continue growing as a rider while helping Uno-X progress. At the same time, she expressed gratitude towards Laboral Kutxa, crediting them and her coach for helping her make the leap in performance that caught the eye of her new team.
