After months of uncertainty, the Tour de Feminin returns for its 36th edition with a strong route and a renewed sense of purpose. The organisersโ€™ public appeal in early April sparked a wave of support from fans and the wider cycling community, allowing the race to confirm its 2025 edition will go ahead as planned. With the financial worries eased, attention can now turn to the racing, and this yearโ€™s four-day parcours promises a mix of tradition, climbing, and tactical calls.

Based around Krรกsnรก Lรญpa in the north of Czechia, the 2025 route opens with a distinctive start: a 12.6km team time trial on regular road bikes. The use of standard equipment levels the playing field and keeps costs down, but the format still offers an early GC shake-up. It’s a rarity in modern womenโ€™s racing and marks a bold change from the individual time trials seen in previous years at the Tour de Feminin.

From there, the road stages follow a familiar but demanding rhythm. The queen stage returns to the ฤŒeskรฉ ล vรฝcarsko National Park, with a selective route that includes six climbs and a summit finish on Vlฤรญ Hora – back on the route for the first time since 2022โ€™s wildfire damage. A pair of rolling stages in the ล luknov Highlands and the Lusatian Mountains round out the race, both featuring short, steep ascents that favour puncheurs and opportunists.

With an average of nearly 2000 metres of climbing per day, the Tour de Feminin remains a test for all-rounders and GC riders with sharp legs and aggressive instincts. And with the emotional weight of having saved the race through community support, this edition carries extra meaning – not just for the organisers, but for every rider on the start line.
