Alé BTC Ljubljana at Tour de l’Ardèche and European Championships

​A new stage race for the Alé BTC Ljubljana team, which from tomorrow, Wednesday 8th September, until Tuesday 14th September, will take part in the 19th Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche, in France. On the programme there are 7 stages with a total of 817 kilometres and a route that also features some very demanding climbs. A race that already last year gave a lot of satisfaction to the Italian team that expects to take advantage of the excellent moment of form of its girls to try to enrich their seasonal trophy case.

1st stage | 08/09/2021 | Aubenas – Barjac (km 111.9)

2nd stage | 09/09/2021 Anneyron – Beauchastel (km 122.6)

3rd stage | 10/09/2021 Avignon – Avignon (km 133.8)

4th stage | 11/09/2021 Aumont-Aubrac – Mont Lozère (km 119.5)

5th stage | 12/09/2021 Saint-Jean-en-Royans – Saint-Jean-en-Royans (km 113.5)

6th Stage | 13/09/2021 Anduze – Goudargues (km 138.5)

7th stage | 14/09/2021 | Le Pouzin – Privas (km 81.5)

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS IN TRENTO

Tomorrow will start also the European Road Championships in Trento. The first to compete with their respective national teams will be Marlen Reusser (Switzerland) and Eugenia Bujak (Slovenia), who will compete on Thursday 9th September in the time trial. Always Reusser and Bujak, with Tatiana Guderzo (Italy) and Anastasiia Chursina (Russia) will participate to the road race on Saturday 11th September. Unlucky the other Slovenian Urska Pintar who had to give up because of a fractured foot.
