Alé BTC Ljubljana: time for Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes

Tomorrow, Sunday 25th April, Alé BTC Ljubljana will take part in the Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes. It is one of the toughest races in the UCI Women’s WorldTour and concludes the trio of the Ardennes Classics and the Northern campaign that have characterised the last two months of racing.

The “Liège” represents one of the best opportunities to show off for the top female climbers in the peloton.

The Doyenne for the Women Elite measures 140.9km and features seven main climbs: Wanne (56 km), Haute-Levée (65 km), Rosier (79 km), Desnié (92 km) to start, then the decisive La Redoute (105 km) and Roche-aux-Faucons (127 km), then the Côte des Forges (117 km) and the last climb, just 13 km from the finish in Liège, is the Boulevard d’Avroy.

The race will start in Bastogne at 8.50am and finish in Liège at around 12.30pm. It will be possible to follow the finish of the race live on TV and streaming from 11.20am on Raisport, Eurosport, Eurosport Player and GCN.
