Career overview
Polites came through as one of Australia’s promising road and track riders, winning multiple junior national titles before taking the Australian under-23 road race title in 2022. She represented Australia on the track at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and later stepped into Women’s WorldTour racing with Team Jayco AlUla in 2023. After moving to Liv AlUla Jayco Women’s Continental Team and then Meridian Blue p/b 99 Bikes, she returned strongly in 2025 at the Women’s Tour Down Under, attacking on stage 1 and taking the mountains jersey. Polites continued with Meridian Bikebug in 2026, adding early-season time-trial success in the ProVelo Super League.
