Career overview
Chapman came to the elite road scene relatively late after a background that included mountain biking, bike courier work and domestic Australian racing. Her breakthrough came with overall victory at the 2018 Herald Sun Tour, followed by a move into the European peloton with Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank. She later raced for FDJ, Team BikeExchange and Lidl-Trek, developing into a strong climber, breakaway rider and team worker. Chapman won the Australian national road race title in 2023 and the Australian national time-trial title in 2025, before joining UAE Team ADQ, where she continued to bring experience, climbing depth and attacking intent to major stage races and Classics.
