Career overview
Koster has built a long career as a combative Dutch road rider, capable in breakaways, hilly races and stage-race support roles. She won the Dutch national road race title in 2017, the same season she also took the BeNe Ladies Tour overall and Dwars door de Westhoek. Her palmarès includes Le Samyn des Dames in 2016, the young rider classification at the 2016 Women’s Tour, and strong results across the Dutch and Belgian calendar. After spells with Rabo-Liv, WM3, Team Virtu, Parkhotel Valkenburg and Team Jumbo-Visma, she joined Uno-X Mobility, remaining part of the team’s Women’s WorldTour squad through 2026.
