Career overview

Rowe, formerly Dani King, built a highly successful career across track and road. On the track, she won Olympic team pursuit gold at London 2012 with Laura Trott and Joanna Rowsell, alongside three world team pursuit titles between 2011 and 2013. She later focused more heavily on the road, winning the Tour of the Reservoir in 2015 after returning from a serious training crash. Her road results also included 3rd at the 2016 Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, 2nd overall at the 2018 Tour de Yorkshire, 3rd overall at the 2018 Women’s Tour and Commonwealth Games road race bronze for Wales in 2018. Rowe retired from professional cycling at the end of 2018.
