Career overview
Le Bail came into professional cycling after working as an engineer, building her road career around French and international UCI-level racing. She raced with Stade Rochelais Charente-Maritime Women Cycling in 2021, St Michel-Auber 93 in 2022 and Torelli in 2023, gaining experience across one-day races and stage races in France, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands. Her strongest results included 3rd at the 2021 Vuelta CV Féminas, 4th at the 2022 Grand Prix Justiniano Race and 3rd on stage 3 of the 2022 Bloeizone Fryslân Tour.
