Career overview
Ehrlich moved into cycling after a speed-skating background and developed into one of the strongest American time-trial riders of the mid-2020s. Racing with the TWENTY24/TWENTY28 structure, she built consistency across road, track, criterium and gravel, while also becoming a four-time winner of the Valley of the Sun Stage Race. Her major road breakthrough came in 2025, when she won the United States national time-trial title ahead of Kristen Faulkner, then finished 2nd at the Pan American time-trial and Chrono Féminin de Gatineau. Ehrlich also won Pan American track titles in the individual pursuit and team pursuit, and continued with Virginia’s Blue Ridge TWENTY28 in 2026.
