Kristen Faulkner

Kristen Faulkner is an American professional cyclist who races for EF Education-Oatly. A powerful all-rounder with exceptional strength against the clock, she has developed into one of the leading riders in the women’s peloton despite beginning competitive cycling relatively late. Career overview

Faulkner took up cycling while working in venture capital after previously competing in rowing at Harvard University. She turned professional with Team TIBCO-Silicon Valley Bank and quickly established herself as a powerful time-trialist and breakaway specialist. After joining the BikeExchange organisation, she won stages at the Tour de Suisse and Giro d’Italia Women before moving to EF Education-Cannondale in 2024.
