Career overview
Norsgaard is one of Denmark’s leading sprint and Classics riders, with a career shaped by speed, versatility and strong time-trial ability. She won the Danish national road race title as a junior in 2016, then added another elite road race title in 2020 and national time-trial titles in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Her major international wins include stage 6 of the 2021 Giro d’Italia Donne, stage 6 of the 2023 Tour de France Femmes, Le Samyn des Dames in 2022 and the Festival Elsy Jacobs overall in 2021. After four seasons with Movistar Team, Norsgaard joined Lidl-Trek in 2025 on a contract through 2027.
