Julie Bego
Julie Bego is a French professional cyclist who races for Cofidis Women Team. A talented puncheur with strong climbing ability, she emerged as one of France’s leading young riders by winning the junior road race world title in 2023. Bego has since established herself in the professional peloton through consistent performances on hilly terrain, including strong results in the French Classics and two appearances at the Tour de France Femmes.

Career overview
Bego developed with Team Féminin Chambéry before joining Cofidis as a stagiaire in August 2023, just days before winning the junior road race world title in Glasgow. She turned professional with Cofidis in 2024 and immediately produced strong results, finishing third at the Alpes Grésivaudan Classic, fifth at the Navarra Women’s Elite Classics and fifth at Tre Valli Varesine. Bego made her Tour de France Femmes debut in 2025, finishing third in the young rider classification, and also took bronze in both the French elite road championship and European under-23 road race. She returned to the Tour in 2026 and continued to show her ability on demanding terrain, including fourth at the Alpes Grésivaudan Classic and 12th at Classic Lorient Agglomération.
