Lauren Molengraaf
Lauren Molengraaf is a Dutch professional cyclist who races for Fenix-Premier Tech Development Team while also competing in cyclocross and mountain biking. One of the Netherlands’ most promising multi-discipline riders, she emerged through a highly successful junior cyclocross career before stepping directly into the Women’s WorldTour with FDJ-SUEZ. Molengraaf is a former junior European cyclocross champion and world champion in the mixed relay, while she has also won Dutch junior mountain bike titles and represented the Netherlands internationally across all three disciplines.

Molengraaf established herself as an exceptional junior across several disciplines, winning the 2022 European junior cyclocross title and the 2022-23 junior World Cup overall before helping the Netherlands win the mixed relay world championship in 2023. She also became a multiple Dutch junior cross-country mountain bike champion and took bronze in the 2023 Dutch junior road race championship. Molengraaf stepped directly into the Women’s WorldTour with FDJ-SUEZ in 2024 under an unusual programme that allowed her to continue racing cyclocross and mountain bikes.
