Career overview

Eklund became Swedish road race champion in 2020 before winning consecutive national time-trial titles in 2021 and 2022. Her standout road season came in 2022, when she won the Tour of Uppsala overall and its final stage, took overall victory at the Volta a Portugal and finished third at La Picto-Charentaise. She subsequently spent two seasons with the Roland organisation at Women’s WorldTour level, completing the 2023 Tour de France Femmes and 2024 Giro d’Italia Women. Eklund then shifted her focus towards gravel, becoming Swedish gravel champion in 2025.
