Ribble unveils the new Allroad Ti: crafted for more

Ribble Cycles has launched its latest innovation in titanium bikes, the Allroad Ti, with the aim of redefining whatโ€™s possible on a road bike. Using cutting-edge 3D printing alongside traditional craftsmanship, the bike boasts state-of-the-art features optimised for performance, durability, and comfort. The Allroad Ti is designed to handle all road surfaces, combining endurance-focused geometry with the unique ride characteristics titanium is known forโ€”strength, resilience, and comfort.

Jamie Burrow, Head of Product at Ribble, explained, โ€œThe Allroad Ti project has been an opportunity to push the boundaries of what is possible with titanium beyond basic round tube profiles. The additive manufacturing process has allowed us to take aerodynamic features from our Ultra range and apply them to this bike to create a high-performance titanium road bike with distinctive ride properties.โ€ Burrow also mentioned that the bike has undergone thousands of miles of testing and multiple iterations since its prototype was showcased at an industry show last year.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant 3AL-2.5V titanium, the Allroad Tiโ€™s frame features 3D printed head tube and seat tube clusters to enhance aerodynamic efficiency. The bike also includes a D-shaped carbon seatpost for additional comfort, paired with a sleek, hand-polished finish, giving it a modern aesthetic. The oversized threaded T47 bottom bracket ensures increased stiffness, which enhances power transfer during intense rides. Meanwhile, the internal cable routing provides clean lines, allowing the brushed titanium to shine without distraction.

Riders will also appreciate the increased tyre clearance, up to 35mm, providing versatility across varied terrains. Concealed mudguard mounts further extend the bikeโ€™s capabilities, offering year-round riding options. The Allroad Ti comes in four pre-built specifications, with the Hero model priced at ยฃ7,999 and the Sport version available at ยฃ3,499. However, riders can customise their build via Ribbleโ€™s configurator tool, tailoring their bike to meet specific needs.

โ€œWeโ€™ve designed the Allroad Ti for those looking to combine the strength and resilience of titanium with a more relaxed, endurance-style geometry for all-day riding,โ€ Burrow added. The bike also features the carbon UB-2 handlebars with wake generators and direct lever mounts, which blend aerodynamics with ergonomics to boost performance.

Ribbleโ€™s titanium expertise has been a key factor in the Allroad Tiโ€™s development, with the companyโ€™s rich history in hand-built bikes ensuring each frame is uniquely crafted. Burrow remarked, โ€œThe inclusion of aerodynamic features and traditional craftsmanship has allowed us to create something both high-performance and aesthetically really quite special.โ€

With a starting weight of just 8.5kg for the Hero model and ranging up to 9.91kg for the Sport, the Allroad Ti is light yet durable, offering the perfect balance for long-distance riders seeking comfort without compromising on speed or performance.

The Allroad Ti is part of Ribbleโ€™s broader Allroad platform, which includes several carbon models designed to cater to varying preferences and riding styles.
