Sara Martin
Sara Martín is a Spanish professional cyclist who rides for Movistar Team. A versatile all-rounder with particular strength on hilly terrain and against the clock, she is a Spanish road race champion and has become an important part of Movistar’s stage-racing and Classics squads.

Career overview
Martín joined Movistar Team in 2021 after three seasons with Sopela and quickly established herself among Spain’s leading riders. She finished seventh overall at the Vuelta Ciclista Andalucía in both 2022 and 2023, winning a stage in the latter edition for her first professional victory. Martín became Spanish road race champion in 2025 after beating Mavi García in a two-rider sprint, having previously finished second in the national road race in 2023 and twice been runner-up in the time-trial. She continued that consistency in 2026 with second place in both Spanish championship disciplines and tenth at Clásica de Almería. Martín has also accumulated extensive Grand Tour experience with appearances at the Giro d’Italia Women, Tour de France Femmes and La Vuelta Femenina.
