Stine Dale
Stine Dale is a Norwegian cyclist and former elite triathlete who moved into professional road racing with Team Coop-Hitec Products in 2022. A strong endurance rider who is particularly comfortable on rolling and hilly terrain, she gained experience across the Women’s WorldTour and completed the Tour de France Femmes during four seasons with the Norwegian team.

Career overview
Dale initially competed internationally in triathlon, becoming Norwegian sprint champion before increasingly focusing on cycling. She joined Team Coop-Hitec Products midway through 2022 and finished sixth in the Norwegian time-trial championship in her first season. Dale made her Grand Tour debut at La Vuelta Femenina in 2023 before completing the Tour de France Femmes later that year. She returned to La Vuelta in 2024 and 2025 and became a regular in Women’s WorldTour races including the Ardennes Classics. Her strongest 2025 results included sixth in the Norwegian time-trial championship, 28th overall at the Tour Down Under and fifth in the mountains classification at the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya Femenina. She left Team Coop-Repsol after the 2025 season.
