As could be expected, the arrival in the French capital was a land of conquest for the sprinters, who wanted from the first kilometers to keep the race closed and not to give space to the attackers, as shown by the hourly average recorded at the end of the 81.7 km ( equal to 43 km / h).

It is therefore important to stay in the top positions and avoid falls, which the six athletes directed by Davide Arzeni have done brilliantly.

Those who attended the stage (190 countries connected to the event) were able to see all six blue-fuchsia jerseys make their way in the first positions of the platoon, especially in the last 10 km: this is demonstrated by the fact that, in addition to the aforementioned Persico and Gasparrini, Alice Maria Arzuffi, Ilaria Sanguineti, Margaux Vigié and Olivia Baril also finished in the first group.

Today another mainly flat section is planned: 136.4 kilometers from Meaux to Provins. There will be a few more whetstones compared to the first fraction; however the final sprint is the most likely ending.
