’40 + 1′: Movistar Team, before its debut in the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift

The ‘telephone’ squad will participate in the first ‘Grande Boucle’ of this new era -after forty consecutive appearances in the men’s event- with a squad very similar to the one that won the Giro Donne ten days ago.

Present in every men’s edition without a single absence since 1983 – 40 consecutive participations – the Movistar Team could not miss the return of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, which will begin this Sunday 24 in Paris and will end on July 31 at La Super Planche des Belles Filles.

The ‘Grande Boucle’, which the telephone squad aspires to become the culmination of its progression after five seasons in the peloton and countless successes, will be a new opportunity for a large part of the block that was done with the recent Giro Donne.

The team led by Sebastián Unzué and Jorge Sanz will form with Annemiek van Vleuten, Emma Norsgaard, Arlenis Sierra, Paula Patiño and the local Aude Biannic, who will be will add the Spanish Sheyla Gutiérrez, the main difference with respect to the lineup of Italy.
