Career overview
Parkinson developed as one of Britain’s notable young road talents, winning the British junior road race title in 2015 before moving into the professional ranks. She raced for Servetto Footon, Drops and Lotto Soudal Ladies, gaining experience across the Women’s WorldTour and major one-day races. Her stronger results included 13th overall at the 2017 Lotto Belgium Tour, 22nd at Strade Bianche Donne in 2018 and 4th in the British national road race in 2019. Parkinson also mixed road racing with cyclocross during part of her career before retiring from professional cycling after the 2022 season.
