Kate Richardson

Kate Richardson is a British cyclist who races for Handsling Alba Development Road Team across road and track disciplines. The Scottish rider emerged through the Alba development programme before spending two seasons in the professional peloton with Lifeplus-Wahoo. A strong all-rounder with particular ability against the clock and in selective races, Richardson won the Rás na mBan overall in 2022, became British national circuit champion in 2025 and has also collected multiple national track titles.

Career overview

Richardson made her breakthrough with Alba Development Road Team in 2022, winning the Rás na mBan overall alongside the points, mountains and young rider classifications.
