Britt De Grave will join Minimax Cycling Team for the 2027 season, moving across from Citymesh-Customm Pro Cycling Team after a campaign in which the Dutch rider has taken another step forward at UCI level.
The 22-year-old has spent the past four seasons racing for Continental teams, initially with GT Krush Rebellease before joining DD Group Pro Cycling for 2025 and Citymesh-Customm this year.
Minimax confirmed De Grave as a new signing for next season, describing the move as “a new challenge and a new chapter” for the Dutch rider.
The switch keeps De Grave within the Continental level but gives her a fresh environment after a 2026 season that has included some of the strongest results of her career.
De Grave builds on strong 2026 season
De Grave has increasingly established herself as a rider suited to demanding one-day races, particularly those where positioning, repeated accelerations and difficult surfaces gradually reduce the field.
One of her best results this year came at the Antwerp Port Epic Ladies, where she finished 11th in the rough-road Belgian Classic. The race was eventually dominated by SD Worx-Protime, with Femke Markus taking a solo victory as her team filled the podium.
De Grave’s result put her immediately behind the leading group in a race where gravel, cobbled sectors and the exposed roads around Antwerp make simply staying in contention difficult. You can read more about how the race developed in our Antwerp Port Epic Ladies 2026 race report.
She followed that with 18th at the LOTTO Thüringen Women Cycling Challenge in June, another of her better results at ProSeries level.
The revamped one-day event around Gera included repeated climbing and a selective finale, with Marit Raaijmakers eventually leading a Human Powered Health one-two. De Grave’s 18th place continued a run of results showing she can remain competitive once races become harder rather than simply relying on a fast finish.

Growing experience in the major Classics
De Grave has also accumulated a useful amount of WorldTour experience despite still being early in her career.
She raced the Tour of Flanders in both 2025 and 2026, finishing 68th this season, and has started races including Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Amstel Gold Race and Gent-Wevelgem.
Her 2026 campaign has also included 22nd at Le Samyn des Dames, 25th at Veenendaal-Veenendaal and 19th at GP Smetryns.
Those results have been accompanied by an attacking approach. De Grave has repeatedly been willing to spend time away from the peloton rather than simply waiting for the finish, something that has made her particularly visible in the Belgian one-day races that make up a large part of her programme.
That should make her a natural fit for a Minimax squad that has also looked to race proactively throughout 2026.
Minimax continue shaping 2027 roster
Minimax Cycling Team compete as a Belgian-registered UCI Women’s Continental team and have taken a notable step forward during the 2026 season.
Swedish champion Clara Lundmark has been one of the squad’s leading performers, while the roster has also included Camilla Rånes Bye, Emilie Fortin, Lauren Bates, Heidi Antikainen, Katja Verkerk and Jade Linthoudt.
The team has increasingly secured invitations to stronger UCI races, giving its riders opportunities beyond the smaller Continental calendar.
Adding De Grave provides another rider with experience of both WorldTour Classics and ProSeries racing, but one who is still young enough to continue developing considerably.
There has been no suggestion that the move will require her to settle immediately into one specific role. Her performances so far point towards the northern Classics and harder flat or rolling races as obvious targets, while her willingness to attack gives Minimax another option in races where creating moves can be more productive than waiting for a sprint.
For De Grave, the 2027 season will begin a fourth different team chapter in five years, but this move comes with a stronger body of results behind her than any of the previous ones.
After 11th in Antwerp and 18th in Thüringen this season, Minimax will hope that progression continues when she joins the team next year.
