Skalniak-Sójka has built a strong career as one of Poland’s most versatile road riders, combining time-trial strength with reliable one-day race form. She earned a bronze medal in the junior road race at the 2015 World Championships and later rebuilt momentum with MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław and ATOM Deweloper Posciellux.pl Wrocław. Her move to Canyon SRAM in 2023 returned her to the Women’s WorldTour, where she became a valuable all-round option.
