Fidanza has built a long professional career as a fast finisher with experience across Italian, Belgian, Australian and Basque teams. She is the daughter of former professional Giovanni Fidanza and the older sister of Martina Fidanza, with her own road career including victory at the 2016 Tour of Zhoushan Island, the 2019 GP Cham-Hagendorn and stage 1 of the 2023 Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche. After two seasons with Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling, she moved to Laboral Kutxa-Fundación Euskadi for 2025 and continued there in 2026, winning the Pionera Race-SCV in a bunch sprint.
