Martina Fidanza
Martina Fidanza is an Italian professional cyclist who races for Visma | Lease a Bike. A powerful sprinter who combines road racing with an elite track programme, she is a multiple world champion on the velodrome and has developed into a consistent finisher in European one-day races. Fidanza won consecutive scratch world titles in 2021 and 2022 and has also been part of world championship-winning Italian team pursuit squads.

Career overview
Fidanza stepped up to UCI road level with Eurotarget-Bianchi in 2018 while developing into one of Italy’s leading track sprinters and endurance riders. She became scratch world champion in both 2021 and 2022 and helped Italy win the team pursuit world title in 2022. After joining Ceratizit-WNT, she increasingly translated her speed to the road, finishing second at both Veenendaal-Veenendaal and Grote Prijs Beerens in 2023 before taking three victories in 2024. Fidanza moved to Visma | Lease a Bike for 2025 and won Festival Elsy Jacobs, Trofee Maarten Wynants and a stage of the Baloise Ladies Tour. She remained with the team in 2026 while continuing to combine road racing with her successful track career.
