Career overview

Kool has become one of the leading sprinters in the women’s peloton, building her reputation with Team DSM and its later structures before moving to Fenix-Deceuninck in 2025 and Fenix-Premier Tech in 2026. Her biggest breakthrough came in 2024, when she won the opening two stages of the Tour de France Femmes and wore the yellow jersey. She also won stages at La Vuelta Femenina, RideLondon Classique, Baloise Ladies Tour and Simac Ladies Tour, and took the 2023 RideLondon Classique overall. In 2026, Kool added Omloop van het Hageland, Scheldeprijs and Veenendaal-Veenendaal Women to her sprint palmarès.
