Career overview

Wiel emerged as one of France’s leading young riders after winning the national junior time-trial title in 2018. She joined FDJ Nouvelle Aquitaine Futuroscope in 2019 and made an immediate impact by becoming French elite road race champion at just 19 years old. Wiel has remained with the same organisation throughout her professional career, developing alongside its rise into one of the leading teams in women’s cycling.
