New engagement on the roads of Belgium for the team Alé BTC Ljubljana that, after the Oxyclean Classic Brugge-De Panne, tomorrow will be back in competition for a new prestigious appointment of the UCI Women’s WorldTour, the tenth edition of the classic Gent-Wevelgem.
Starting from Ypres’ Menin Gate, the 141 kilometres race will take place on dirt roads with several climbs to tackle including the Beneberg, the Monteberg and the Kemmelberg before the final 30 kilometres that lead to the finish line in Wevelgem.
It will be possible to follow the race live on Eurosport and GCN from 4.45 PM at the end of the men’s race.
The team of the team manager Fortunato Lacquaniti for the occasion will line up at the start the following athletes: Marta Bastianelli, Eugenia Bujak, Tatiana Guderzo, Marlen Reusser, Anna Trevisi and Sophie Wright.
