Janneke Ensing (Retired)
Janneke Ensing is a retired Dutch cyclist who combined a long road career with an earlier background in speed skating. Known as a strong and versatile one-day racer, she competed for several leading teams during more than a decade in the professional peloton. Ensing’s biggest victory came at Le Samyn des Dames in 2018, while she also achieved notable results in major Classics and stage races before ending her professional cycling career at the conclusion of the 2021 season.

Career overview
Ensing initially competed at a high level in speed skating before establishing herself in professional road cycling. Her career included spells with Boels Dolmans, Parkhotel Valkenburg, Alé Cipollini, Team Sunweb, WNT-Rotor and Mitchelton-Scott before finishing with Team BikeExchange.
