Katarzyna Wilkos (Retired)
Katarzyna Wilkos is a retired Polish cyclist who spent more than a decade competing on the road before ending her racing career after the 2024 season. A strong all-rounder with particular ability in stage races and selective one-day events, she was a consistent presence in Polish and European racing. Wilkos twice finished second in the Polish national road race championship and enjoyed one of her strongest final seasons with third overall at the 2024 Tour de Pologne Women. She has since moved into a sports director role with MAT Atom Deweloper Wrocław.

Career overview
Wilkos progressed through the Polish cycling system before becoming a regular in international racing. She twice finished second in the Polish national road race championship and represented Poland at the 2015 World Championships. Her strongest season came in 2019, when she won the Kievskaya Sotka Women Challenge and a stage of the Tour de Feminin, where she finished fourth overall. Wilkos also recorded stage podiums at Gracia-Orlová and the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche. She spent the latter part of her career with the MAT Atom Deweloper organisation and finished third overall at the 2024 Tour de Pologne Women before retiring at the end of that season. She subsequently joined the team’s staff as a sports director.
