Maggie Coles-Lyster
Maggie Coles-Lyster is a Canadian professional cyclist who races for Human Powered Health. A fast finisher with a strong background on the track, she has developed into one of Canada’s leading road sprinters and one-day racers. Coles-Lyster is a two-time Canadian road race champion and has combined success in North American racing with increasingly strong performances at Women’s WorldTour level.

Career overview
Coles-Lyster developed as both a road and track rider, becoming junior world champion in the points race in 2017 before joining DNA Pro Cycling in 2020. She won the Canadian road race championship in 2022 and a stage of the Joe Martin Stage Race before moving to Europe with Zaaf in 2023, later joining Israel-Premier Tech Roland following Zaaf’s collapse. After a season with Roland, she signed for Human Powered Health in 2025. Coles-Lyster won the Schwalbe Women’s One Day Classic in early 2026 before taking her second Canadian road title. Her season also included second on a Giro d’Italia Women stage, ninth at the Copenhagen Sprint and runner-up finishes at GP Mazda Schelkens and the Argenta Classic.
