Career overview

Stiasny only began focusing fully on cycling around 2020 after previously competing in running, swimming and triathlon. She turned professional in 2021 and quickly showed her potential as a pure climber, finishing 22nd overall at the 2022 Giro d’Italia Women. Her strongest season before joining Human Powered Health came in 2025, when she won the uphill Grand Prix Boquerón time-trial, finished third at Grand Prix Presidente, fourth at Alpes Grésivaudan Classic and 11th overall at the Tour de Suisse Women. Stiasny moved to Human Powered Health for 2026 and produced a career-defining performance at La Vuelta Femenina, winning the final stage atop the Alto de l’Angliru after attacking on one of cycling’s steepest climbs.
