Titia Ryo

Titia Ryo is a French professional cyclist who races for Human Powered Health. A promising puncheur and stage racer, she emerged through the Breton development system before turning professional with Arkéa-B&B Hotels Women. Ryo finished second overall at the 2024 Volta a Portugal Feminina and has since gained extensive Women’s WorldTour experience, including two editions of both the Tour de France Femmes and La Vuelta Femenina.

Career overview

Ryo became French junior road race champion in 2022 and finished sixth in the junior World Championship road race the following year. She turned professional with Arkéa-B&B Hotels Women in 2024 and quickly showed her stage-racing potential by finishing second overall and second on a stage of the Volta a Portugal Feminina. Ryo placed 11th overall at the 2025 Tour of Norway Women before finishing 26th at her first Tour de France Femmes and second in the young rider classification. She joined Human Powered Health for 2026, completing La Vuelta Femenina in 39th and returning to the Tour de France Femmes, where she finished 47th overall and ninth in the young rider competition.
