A week after the overall solo win in the road race by Ursa Pintar, the same result has come in Slovenia with the Time Trial victory by Urska Zigart.
The race was 15.7km long, between Zgornje Gorje and Pokljuka, host city of the 2021 Biathlon World Championships. Zigart dominated the competition, as the silver medal Blaza Pintaric finished with a deficit of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.
There is also the bronze medal for Alé BTC Ljubljana with Urska Bravec 5 minutes and 4 seconds behind Urska Zigart.
The Slovenian double means that the Ale BTC Ljubljana team have obtained 3 wins overall in the 2020 season. Including the one by Marta Bastianelli at the beginning of the year at the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana Feminas.
