Urška Zigart
Urška Žigart is a Slovenian professional cyclist who races for AG Insurance-Soudal Team. A strong climber and time-trialist, she has developed into one of Slovenia’s leading road riders and a consistent contender in mountainous stage races. Žigart is a multiple Slovenian time-trial champion and won the national road race title in 2024, while her international results include podium and top-10 finishes in major Women’s WorldTour stage races.

Career overview
Žigart began her professional career with BTC City Ljubljana before joining Alé BTC Ljubljana and then the BikeExchange-Jayco organisation. She won her first Slovenian time-trial title in 2020 and added further national titles in 2022, 2023 and 2024, when she also became Slovenian road race champion. Žigart joined AG Insurance-Soudal in 2025 and enjoyed one of her strongest seasons, finishing second overall at the Tour de Romandie Féminin, fifth at the Tour de Suisse Women and ninth at the Giro d’Italia Women. Her 2026 campaign was interrupted by a fractured jaw suffered at the Tour de Suisse Women, but she recovered in time to return to racing and complete the Tour de France Femmes.
