Jessica Allen (Retired)
Jessica Allen is a retired Australian cyclist who spent much of her professional career as a dependable domestique with the GreenEDGE organisation. A strong rouleur with particular ability in one-day races and team roles, Allen was junior world time-trial champion in 2011 and later became Oceania road race champion. She retired from professional racing at the end of 2023 before moving into a sports director role with Liv AlUla Jayco.

Career overview
Allen first attracted international attention by winning the junior time-trial at the 2011 World Championships. She added the Oceania road race title in 2014 before joining Orica-AIS midway through 2016 and remaining with the Australian organisation through its subsequent identities until her retirement. Allen became particularly valued as a selfless domestique, working across the Classics and major stage races for the team’s leaders. She also won the Australian criterium title in 2017 and contributed to several important team performances during her eight seasons with GreenEDGE. Allen completed her final professional season with Team Jayco AlUla in 2023, retiring at the end of the year before moving directly into the team’s management structure as a sports director.
