Yuli Van Der Molen
Yuli van der Molen is a Dutch cyclist who races for O’Shea Red Chilli Bikes. A versatile rider with experience on both the road and track, she progressed through the AG Insurance-NXTG development structure before continuing her career with Belgian and Dutch teams. Van der Molen’s best road result to date is ninth at the 2022 EPZ Omloop van Borsele, while she has also represented the Netherlands in major international track competitions.

Career overview
Van der Molen emerged through the Dutch club system before joining AG Insurance-NXTG in 2022, when she finished ninth at the EPZ Omloop van Borsele and 18th at Ronde de Mouscron. She remained within the organisation’s under-23 set-up in 2023 before moving to Proximus-Cyclis CT for 2024 and VELOPRO-Alphamotorhomes CT in 2025. Van der Molen joined O’Shea Red Chilli Bikes for 2026, returning to a fuller international road programme that included Scheldeprijs and Dwars door de Westhoek. She has also continued racing on the track, representing the Netherlands at the 2026 European Championships and finishing sixth in the Madison and eighth in the team pursuit.
