Liane Lippert

Liane Lippert is a German professional cyclist who races for Movistar Team. A powerful puncheur and climber, she is particularly effective in hilly Classics and selective stage races where repeated short climbs can shape the result. Career overview

Lippert emerged as one of Germany’s leading young riders after winning the European junior road race title in 2016. She turned professional the following season and claimed her first Women’s WorldTour victory at the 2020 Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race. After six seasons with the Sunweb-DSM organisation, Lippert joined Movistar Team in 2023 and immediately won the German road title, a stage of the Tour de France Femmes and Tre Valli Varesine.
