Maud Oudeman
Maud Oudeman is a Dutch professional cyclist who races for Visma | Lease a Bike. A versatile stage racer with particular strength on rolling and hilly terrain, she earned her first professional contract after winning the 2021 Zwift Academy. Oudeman has steadily developed at Women’s WorldTour level, recording top-10 general classification finishes at the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas and Volta Ciclista a Catalunya Femenina.

Career overview
Oudeman won the 2021 Zwift Academy to earn a professional contract with Canyon SRAM for 2022. She joined Team Jumbo-Visma the following season and made her Giro d’Italia Women debut before developing into a regular stage-race option for the Dutch team. Oudeman finished tenth overall at the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas and 12th at the Tour Down Under in 2024, then placed 12th at Itzulia Women in 2025. Her progress continued in 2026 with eighth overall at the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya Femenina, tenth at the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas, 11th at the Tour Down Under and 14th at the Tour of Britain Women.
